About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to obtain sales leads through various interaction strategies within designated territories. This involves making proactive contact with leads and setting up meetings to suggest the best plans, rates, and coverages.
To achieve success in this position, you will need to determine individual client needs by investigating available options and coverage, and expand and sustain your clientele through product sales, cross-selling, recommendations, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily interactions with clients, clarifying policies and responding to inquiries regarding premiums and coverage.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
