Role Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Head – Franchise Development to lead and scale our franchise expansion. This is a leadership role for someone who has personally closed franchise deals, understands investor psychology, and can build a strong pipeline to drive aggressive growth.
You will own the entire franchise sales function — from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Sales & Expansion
• Develop and execute a national franchise expansion strategy
• Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential franchise partners
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → negotiation → closure
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets
Lead Generation & Conversion
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of franchise leads
• Work closely with marketing to generate high-quality inbound and outbound leads
• Improve conversion ratios and optimize the sales funnel
Investor & Partner Management
• Build relationships with HNIs, investors, and business owners
• Present business opportunities, ROI models, and brand value proposition
• Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to operations team
Team Leadership
• Build, lead, and mentor a franchise sales team
• Set targets, track performance, and drive accountability
• Establish structured sales processes and reporting systems
Market Expansion
• Identify new cities and territories for expansion
• Analyze market potential, competition, and demand trends
• Represent the brand at exhibitions, events, and networking forums
Key Requirements
• 6–12+ years of experience in sales/business development
• Minimum 3–5 years in franchise sales / expansion roles
• Proven track record of closing franchise deals end-to-end
• Strong understanding of franchise business models and unit economics
• Experience handling high-value deals and negotiations
• Existing network of investors/franchise prospects is a strong advantage
• Leadership experience managing sales teams
