Main Responsibilities:

Finding Leads:
Search for new clients by researching online, making cold calls, and networking, especially in the outsourcing field.

Client Relationship Management:
Build strong and lasting relationships with both new and current clients to gain their trust and long-term business.

Sales Activities:
Follow company sales plans to meet targets. This includes calling leads, arranging meetings, and giving presentations focused on the client’s needs.

Creating Proposals:
Make and present customized proposals and presentations that match the client’s requirements.

Negotiation and Closing:
Discuss contract terms and prices with clients. Help close the deal and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.

Market Awareness:
Keep track of industry trends, what competitors are doing, and what clients want. Use this knowledge to improve your sales approach.

Team Collaboration:
Work with internal teams like marketing, project management, and operations to make sure services are delivered properly and on time.

Reporting:
Keep detailed records of sales calls, client interactions, and progress on deals. Share regular reports with senior managers.

Promoting the Brand:
Attend events, webinars, and conferences to represent the company and meet potential clients.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
0 to 5 years of work experience in sales or business development (preferably in outsourcing or IT services).
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Able to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Self-driven and actively looking for new sales opportunities.
Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
