Experience: Minimum 6 months - 18 months required

Role Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calling to potential leads, interested in improving their English language and communication skills.

Provide information about courses, curriculum, and benefits of taking up the course.

Listen to prospective students' needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Convert inquiries into enrollments through persuasive and informative conversations.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.

Achieving the given number of targets and revenue generation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in sales or tele counselling preferred but not mandatory.

Enthusiastic and results-driven attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in English.

Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
