Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive investor acquisition and business growth. The role involves generating leads, understanding investor requirements, presenting investment opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels
Understand customer investment goals and recommend suitable investment opportunities
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and virtual consultations
Explain investment products, ownership structures, and project features to prospective clients
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities
Coordinate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and documentation
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
MBA preferred but not mandatory
1–4 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate Sales, Financial Product Sales, Insurance Sales, Investment Advisory, or B2B/B2C Sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
