Sales Executive Officer Greater Patna

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive for our real estate plot sales business. The candidate should be able to handle customer inquiries, explain project benefits, generate leads, follow up with clients, and help in closing plot sales.

The role is ideal for candidates who are interested in sales, marketing, customer dealing, and real estate business growth.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through online and offline sources

Call and follow up with interested customers

Explain plot location, price, development, and investment benefits

Arrange and coordinate site visits

Handle customer queries professionally

Maintain client records and follow-up data

Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets

Promote company projects on WhatsApp, Facebook, OLX, and other platforms

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

Must be confident in speaking with clients

Knowledge of WhatsApp, Facebook, and calling

Real estate sales experience is a plus
