Job Description
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
Monitor daily sales activities and Cold calling for 50+ prospect Daily.
Generate Daily 10 new appointment and Schedule for Booking.
Maintain healthy relation with client
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Identify training needs and arrange and sales skill training.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
