Job Description
The Resource Management (TRM) is a European IT infrastructure services company headquartered in Paris, operating across France, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, and wider EU. We specialize in data center relocations, smart-hands support, IT hardware deployment, structured cabling, and IT asset lifecycle services for enterprise environments.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional based in India with an existing network in large IT and tech organizations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to open doors and secure partnerships with major technology firms such as HCL, TATA, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and other enterprise-level clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients within the IT services and data center domain.
Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in major tech organizations.
Present TRM’s services and value propositions effectively to prospective clients.
Coordinate with TRM’s European operations teams for project scoping and execution.
Meet quarterly sales targets and reporting expectations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B IT sales (minimum 3–5 years).
Strong network / existing contacts in large Indian IT firms.
Understanding of data center, IT infrastructure, managed services, or system integration industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Compensation:
Competitive salary + performance-based commission.
Salary range: ₹2.5lakh-₹4.5lakh.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per day
