Job Description
Core Roles & Responsibilities
Student Counseling
Provide one-on-one or group counseling sessions to help students understand course options, eligibility, and career pathways. Conduct personality or aptitude assessments to align students with suitable programs.
Recruitment Outreach
Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, and campus tours. Build networks with schools, colleges, and community organizations to generate leads.
Admissions Process
Guide students through application procedures, documentation, and financial aid paperwork. Evaluate transcripts, recommendation letters, and personal statements.
Enrollment Targets
Work towards achieving admissions goals by converting inquiries into enrollments. Support yield efforts to ensure admitted students complete the joining process.
Communication & Follow-ups
Maintain regular contact with applicants via phone, email, or meetings. Organize information sessions, webinars, and workshops to clarify admission requirements.
Data Management
Keep accurate records of student interactions, applications, and enrollment statistics. Track recruitment trends to refine strategies.
Collaboration
Coordinate with faculty and academic departments to provide program-specific details. Work closely with other admission team members to align recruitment strategies.
Customer Service
Address student queries, resolve admission-related issues, and provide ongoing support to students and families during the transition to college
Pay: ₹9,810.40 - ₹15,000.00 per month
