About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. If you have hands-on experience in financial products, stock trading, mutual funds, and insurance sales, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with us.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Onboarding & Tech Guidance: Assist clients in opening Demat accounts and navigating trading platforms/apps (e.g., Zerodha, Groww, AngelOne).
• Investment Advisory: Educate clients on equity trading, SIPs, Mutual Funds, and portfolio diversification strategies.
• Insurance Sales: Understand client needs to pitch and sell suitable Life & Health Insurance policies.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Prospect new investors, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly sales & revenue targets.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with clients to ensure retention and repeat investments.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Financial Sales, Wealth Management, or Stock Market/Insurance advisory.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of stock market dynamics, trading apps, SIPs, and insurance products.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
• Sales Drive: Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Location: Must be residing in or willing to work full-time in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
