Job Description
Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth within their assigned territory. The candidate must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and have access to their own two-wheeler for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential customers and create a sales plan to target them effectively.
• Actively engage in field prospecting and lead generation through various channels.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates regularly.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and manage account receivables.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in field sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and personal two-wheeler for daily commuting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a hunger for success.

Salary: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
