Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting solutions to clients, negotiating proposals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy client interaction, and are eager to contribute to revenue growth in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and generating new business opportunities in the drone services domain (surveying, mapping, inspection, agriculture, infrastructure, etc.).
Managing end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with government, enterprise, and private-sector clients.
Coordinating with Operations, Technical, and Accounts teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and project handover.
Understanding client requirements and aligning them with appropriate drone-based solutions.
Tracking sales pipelines, maintaining CRM records, and achieving assigned revenue targets. Representing the company at industry events, client meetings, and business development forums when required.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the drone or technology-enabled services sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Basic understanding of drone operations, deliverables, and project workflows.
Ability to work independently, manage targets, and contribute to business growth.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
