Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Fluency in English is essential, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a significant advantage. The position involves engaging with diverse clients through various channels, including telemarketing and face-to-face meetings, to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales strategies
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and set appointments
Manage and update customer information using Salesforce and other CRM software
Develop customised sales pitches tailored to client needs in both English and Spanish
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports for management review
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s services
Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is highly desirable
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
Previous experience working within a fast-paced sales environment is beneficial but not essential
