Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. As a Sales Executive, you will be selling 3PL Logistics and Fulfillment Services to small, medium and large-sized businesses across all verticals. You will be responsible for identifying prospective accounts, building relationships, and closing. This role is primarily new business development with minimal supervision.
Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including telemarketing and social media.
Proactively develop new business opportunities within the 3PL logistics sector.
Drive revenue growth by closing deals and growing client accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Work directly with the founder/CEO to define go-to-market strategy and sales operations.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
2 - 5 years of sales experience selling logistics and fulfillment services
Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
Strong understanding of account management principles and customer relationship management practices.
Familiarity with 3PL logistic processes is mandatory.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
