This role supports Enercare's supply chain strategy by developing dashboards, analyzing operational performance, improving inventory accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making across logistics, warehousing, and field service operations. The successful candidate brings strong analytical rigor, curiosity for operational processes, and the ability to convert complex datasets into meaningful recommendations that improve service levels, productivity, inventory management, and customer outcomes.
Accountabilities
Performance Management & Reporting

• Transform large and complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations for operational leaders and stakeholders.
Inventory Accuracy & Control
• Redesign and manage ABC, control-group, and random cycle count programs; conduct gap analysis; establish counting frequencies; and recommend SOP improvements to improve inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions related to inventory variances, stock discrepancies, and transaction integrity.
Warehouse & Distribution Analytics
• Analyze warehouse and distribution material flow (receiving → put-away → storage → picking → packing → shipping) to identify bottlenecks, reduce cycle times, and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory movement, aged inventory, and replenishment performance and recommend actions to improve service levels and reduce working capital.
Parts & Field Service Analytics
• Conduct truck stock and service parts analytics, including usage modeling, min/max optimization, seasonality reviews, replenishment cadence evaluation, and standard truck stock recommendations aligned to 80/20 principles.
• Develop insights and recommendations that improve Parts on Truck (POT%), parts availability, technician productivity, and First-Time-Fix performance.
Continuous Improvement & Automation
• Support continuous improvement, Lean, and 5S initiatives by translating KPI trends into practical operational improvements, standard work, and visual management solutions.
• Monitor, validate, and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and automated reports to ensure data integrity and usability.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality, and eliminate manual processes.
Ad Hoc Analysis & Business Support
