Job Description
- Overall responsible to nurture leads from customer enquiries made as well as continuously find leads and build strong customer relationship to explain our service offering achieving conversion to bookings or direct enrolments.
- Ability to close out a sales discussion with customer successfully with bookings for trial or assessment or attaining direct enrolments.
- Attend to incoming calls, initial customer data entry to the system as well as promptly updating Reports, clearly articulating the service offering to achieve either confirmed bookings for trial or assessment or confirmed enrolments.
· Work effectively with Centres to undertake bookings for trial or assessment and advise the Centres on upcoming bookings and enrolments.
· Timely follow ups on the enquiries to achieve bookings or enrolments with updated progress notes in the system.
· Responsible to manage and attend to other enquiry platforms in making calls to convert customers from such leads. These platforms, while not limited to but includes emails, pop up from website, various social media and collaborative partnerships.
· Meet with current customers or potential customers to maintain relationships.
· Work effectively with marketing team to understand the marketing strategy carried through market research.
· Contribute to creating and being across with advertising campaigns, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives and website updates.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required.
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
