Job Description
Drive sales of health insurance products through direct and channel sales.
• Recruit, train, and motivate team members for improved productivity.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Analyze local market potential and implement effective sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
