Scoutreach is a B2B lead-gen agency that books qualified meetings for companies worldwide. We're looking for someone who basically lives in the inbox turning cold email replies into booked calls.

What youll be doing:

Handling high-volume cold email replies with speed & empathy
Converting interested prospects into scheduled meetings
Spotting patterns suggesting template & copy improvements
Reporting daily metrics (replies, meetings booked, learnings)

Youre a great fit if you have:

1+ year experience managing cold email / SDR inboxes
Robust written English (explicit, natural, qualified)
Experience with tools like Gmail, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.
Self-discipline & comfort working with KPIs / targets

Nice to have (not required):

Sales / business development background
Understanding of deliverability & A/B testing

Compensation:
Base salary + bonus for every qualified meeting booked
Clear KPIs + uncapped upside
