Sales Counselor

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Counselor who can guide patients, understand their concerns, and convert consultations into successful treatment plans. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for sales and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Attend and counsel walk-in and referred patients for hair & skin treatments Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable treatment packages Convert consultations into sales while maintaining ethical practices Explain treatment procedures, pricing, and expected results clearly Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships Handle patient queries and objections confidently Maintain proper records of consultations, conversions, and follow-ups Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient experience Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Required Skills:Excellent communication & convincing skills Strong sales and negotiation ability Good understanding of customer psychology Presentable and confident personality Ability to handle objections and close deals Basic knowledge of skincare/haircare (preferred)
