As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth operation of the sales process. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around continuous follow-up with leads, sending quotations, and converting prospective customers into clients.
1. Sales coordination - Calling interested leads, sending quotation, price list, company profile etc.
2. Follow-up - with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to provide relevant information.
3*. Customer conversion* - Convince Convert the prospective leads into clients, addressing concerns and providing necessary information to facilitate decision-making.
4. Reporting to the head office - Submit daily report, weekly report and monthly report by updating the tracker.
