The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time, hybrid role. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities and assisting with day-to-day sales operations. The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with customers and team members.
Job description -
• Preparing offers/quotes in MS-word, MS-excel.
• Preparing CRM data / Sales Prospects reports in MS-Excel,
• Follow up with customers to generate leads and covert leads to opportunities,
• Coordinating with the Sales Team,
• Follow up with India-Mart leads and covert to opportunities,
• Study India-Mart leads and communicate with customers over WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Good verbal communication skills are a must.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the Industrial sales is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and CRM software is required
