Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth order processing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers, sales team, and production team for order processing and timely delivery.
Handle inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up for repeat orders.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.
Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for smooth shipment.
Manage sample dispatches and technical data sheets.
Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
Handle internal and external communication (emails, calls, and meetings).
Requirements
Experience: 0-2 years in Sales Coordination / Sales Support (preferably in Minerals, Chemicals, or Manufacturing industry).
Education: Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, or any other relevant field). MBA is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + Hindi required; Gujarati is a plus).
Strong computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with CRM software is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
