Summary

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at The Fragrance Shop. Located in one of our over 200 successful stores across the UK, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and promoting our extensive range of luxury fragrances.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our fragrance offerings and brand stories.
Assist in visual merchandising to create attractive product displays that draw customers in.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently while handling cash and card payments.
Participate in promotional events and campaigns to boost store visibility and sales.
Requirements

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
A keen interest in fragrances and beauty products is a plus.
