Sales Consultant – Watches & Jewelry
Big Time Watches | Montreal, QC
FULL-TIME: $20/hour + 1–2% commission
PART-TIME: $18/hour + 1–2% commission
We are looking for a salesperson — not just a retail employee.
Do you enjoy talking to people? Are you confident approaching customers? Can you listen, understand what someone wants, recommend the right product, and close the sale?

Big Time Watches is an established Montreal watch retailer offering recognized brands including CASIO, G-SHOCK, SEIKO, CITIZEN, BULOVA, TIMEX, and more.
We are looking for a Sales Consultant who is energetic, ambitious, confident, and genuinely enjoys selling.
What We’re Looking For
Naturally start conversations with customers
Comfortable approaching customers instead of waiting for them to approach you
Enjoy discovering what a customer is looking for
Confidently recommend products based on customer needs and budget
Able to overcome objections without being pushy
Enjoy closing sales
Motivated by commission and personal performance
Take pride in providing excellent customer service
Reliable and responsible
Want to continuously improve your sales skills
Responsibilities
Welcome and engage every customer
Identify customer needs, preferences, and budget
Recommend watches based on customer needs
Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits
Sell across multiple brands and price points
Handle customer questions and objections
Build relationships that encourage repeat business
Achieve individual and store sales objectives
Maintain excellent presentation of the sales floor
Develop strong knowledge of watches, brands, and products
Work closely with a small team where your performance has a direct impact on the business
Experience
Sales experience is strongly preferred.
Experience in any of the following is an asset:
Jewelry
Watches
Fashion
Luxury retail
Electronics
Telecommunications
Automotive
Cosmetics
Specialty retail
Commission-based sales
You do not need to be a watch expert. We can teach you watches.
What we cannot easily teach is personality, confidence, ambition, and the desire to sell.
Compensation
$20/hour + 1–2% commission
The more you sell, the more you earn.
