Position: Sales Consultant – Electric 4-Wheeler
Department: Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000/- per month + Attractive Incentives
Location: Lalghati, JK Road, and Jinsi Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Experience: 1-3 yrs experience
Qualification: Graduation
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Consultant to join our Electric 4-Wheeler sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining EV products, generating leads, conducting vehicle demonstrations and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend showroom walk-ins, phone enquiries and online leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV 4-wheeler models.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, range, charging, warranty and benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
• Generate new leads through references, follow-ups and local market activities.
• Regularly follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards dealership growth.
• Explain finance, insurance, registration and other documentation processes.
• Coordinate with the finance, insurance and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain customer records, enquiry details and follow-up reports.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Stay updated about EV products, competitors and market trends.
Candidate Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles/EVs will be an advantage.
• Sales experience in automobile, EV, banking, retail or related industries will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales environment.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/- per month
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
Total Earning Potential: ₹20,000+ per month depending on performance
