What You’ll Be Doing
Selling digital marketing solutions — SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Web Design — to small and mid-sized businesses.
Managing inbound leads (no cold call lists), qualifying them, and converting them into long-term clients.
Building rapport quickly, identifying pain points, and proposing tailored solutions that close.
Achieving monthly KPIs on conversions, revenue, and retention — and getting rewarded for it.
Maintaining an organised CRM pipeline.
Collaborating directly with management on improving sales processes and offers.
Who You Are
2+ years of experience selling digital marketing or agency services.
Motivated by commission and performance outcomes.
Results-focused, disciplined, and resilient.
Capable of working remotely and managing your own pipeline.
Strong communicator — persuasive, confident, and professional.
Entrepreneurial — you think like a business owner, not just an employee.
