We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive with a strong background in commercial interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the interior and fit-out industry in the UAE. This role involves building strong client relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets by promoting our interior and fit-out solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for commercial fit-out projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the design and project team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the commercial interior and fit-out industry in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong client network and market knowledge in the UAE interior fit-out sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
