 Retailing: - Visit every retailers according to assigned beats and schedules To ensure distribution objectives are achieved as per sales plan Follow standard order taking process Meet sales KPIs as assigned Scheme and Retailers’ incentives Execution: - Implement the sales scheme and incentives at retail points Retailer enrolment and retentions: - adding the new retailer and the system and retail existing Merchandising: - Conduct BTL activities and display products as per guidelines Periodically evaluate trade information to drive improvements (outlets updating, Competitors analysis,throughput analysis)
