Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and provide a friendly and professional shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is neatly arranged.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Store Manager of replenishment requirements.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and arranging new stock.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Support promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and marketing activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, pricing, and promotions.
Qualifications
• Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹9,260.22 - ₹21,945.71 per month
