Essential Job Functions:
Support company health and wellness initiatives
Provide stellar customer service while accurately and efficiently assisting pharmacist and pharmacy technician staff perform all steps of dispensing allowed by Oregon state law
Understand and follow the company guidelines on the operation of the cash register and all cashier handling polices
Promote sales and services to patients, customers, and pharmacy staff
Answer the phone and triage calls to the pharmacy staff
Assist in allowable inventory control activities and maintenance
Maintain the company standards that include keeping a clean and organized workstation and waiting area's
Assist in the marketing of over-the-counter sales and marketing the pharmacies compounding and clinical services
Comply with local, state and federal regulations
Report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud
Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations
Minimum Position Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
18 years of age or older
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
A mentality of taking pride in the work you do for our company and the community
