Sales Associate

J&S Streakless is looking for motivated and customer-focused Door-to-Door Sales Associates to join our window cleaning sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.

Sales Associates will go door-to-door to find potential clients, explain our window cleaning services, answer customer questions, and book jobs. This position includes a $50 base pay plus 15% commission on every sale.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door to find potential window cleaning clients
Explain J&S Streakless window cleaning services clearly and professionally
Highlight the benefits of our services and close sales
Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
Collect customer information and schedule window cleaning appointments
Communicate clearly with customers in person, over the phone, or by message
Manage time efficiently while working in different neighborhoods
Represent J&S Streakless in a professional and respectful manner
Keep track of sales, leads, and booked appointments
Experience

Previous sales, customer service, or door-to-door experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication and people skills are important
Must be confident approaching and speaking with new customers
Basic math skills are helpful for explaining pricing and commission
Ability to stay motivated and professional while working independently
Bilingual abilities are a bonus but not required
Pay

$50 base pay
15% commission on every completed sale, commission increases over time
