Job description
Looking to add a full-time Sales Consultant to our growing team, for both New Mitsubishi Pre-Owned vehicles. Inventory supply is expected to pick up, so the opportunities in the business are once again growing.
Schedule is for 5 days per week, with every Sunday off an additional day during the week, with 2 "evening shifts" of 12:00-8:00, the other days are from +:00-5:00
Previous Sales Experience preferred, but we'll consider candidates without past experience under certain situations who have the right attitude. We're looking for someone who's see this as a long-term potential career.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their needs and budget, and understand their vehicle preferences.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate vehicles, explain features and options, and provide information about different models.
Sales Process: Facilitate test drives, assist with financing options, negotiate prices and terms, and complete necessary paperwork.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, build rapport, and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions, and help manage the dealership's stock.
Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Collaboration: Work with other sales team members to meet sales goals and promote dealership services.
Training: Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
This job is fully commission, based on a % of the sales gross with additional bonuses paid out on a back-end products hitting different sales targets
