In search for Entry Level Sales Representatives, Ridgeview Marketing is a rapidly growing company located in Kelowna, BC offering potential candidates an opportunity to build sales experience in a friendly, flexible environment. Seeking self-motivated, diligent, positive and trustworthy candidates that feel ready to take on a role where their individual performance is directly correlated to their success. We are very excited to expand our team and are hoping to find people we can invest in.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales
Connect directly with customers and bring awareness to the value our company can offer
Initiate meaningful connections with customers through direct engagement
Actively pursue sales
Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed sales quotas
Answer customer inquiries with patience, care, and empathy
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Take part in weekly team meetings and brainstorm sales strategies
