Job Description
We have three fixed term roles available until 31 January 2027.
Role One: 36 hours per week (Monday: 9:00-17:45, Tuesday: 12:00-17:30, Wednesday: 10:00-17:30, Thursday: 9:00-17:30. Sunday: 9:30-17:45)
Role Two: 29.5 hours per week (Tuesday: 11:00-17:00, Wednesday: 11:00-17:30, Thursday: 12:00-18:30, Saturday: 9:30-17:30, Sunday: 12:00-17:00)
Role Three: 24 hours per week (Wednesday: 11:00-15:30, Thursday: 11:00-19:00, Friday: 11:00-17:00, Saturday: 10:00-17:00)

About the role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll:
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Support stock management and operational tasks
Contribute to a positive, team-focused store culture
No two days are the same — you’ll be hands-on, customer-facing, and an important part of keeping the store running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
A positive, energetic attitude
Strong communication skills
A genuine passion for helping customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends
You’ll bring energy, resilience and a customer-first mindset to everything you do.
