Role Description The Sales and Recovery Officer Used commercial Vehicle,is a full-time, on-site position based in Chhibramau Kannauj &kamalganj Farrukhabad /Shahjahanpur.The role involves identifying and onboarding customers for various loan products, explaining loan features, and assisting with documentation and application processes. The officer will regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure timely repayments, manage debt recovery activities, and maintain accurate records of collections. Daily tasks include visiting customers, coordinating with internal teams, resolving customer queries, and supporting branch-level sales and recovery targets. The role requires adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines while maintaining a professional and ethical approach in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities for effective client engagement and relationship building.Candidates should possess Debt Collection experience and recovery-focused skills to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely repayments.Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and basic Finance knowledge to assess customer profiles, understand loan products, and interpret repayment data.Candidates should possess clear communication skills, both spoken and written, along with negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Minimum educational qualification: a diploma or bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in lending, microfinance, or banking, especially in rural or semi-urban markets, will be an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Kannauj, travel locally for customer visits, and use basic computer applications for reporting and documentation. .
