Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Operations role located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing sales initiatives, fostering customer relationships, overseeing operational processes, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Key responsibilities include identifying and converting potential leads, maintaining high customer service standards, training team members, and collaborating on strategies to meet business goals.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional support.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Experience in Training and mentorship to build and enhance team capabilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills to oversee daily operations efficiently.
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in dynamic work environments.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in office or coworking space management is a plus.
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Experience: 3-5 years
Role: Overseeing daily operations, vendor management, facility maintenance, and customer satisfaction. (Business Development & Sales skills would be a plus.)
