Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to support our business growth. This role focuses on sales execution primarily with cold call outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Sales
• Close sales via in person appointments, phone calls, emails
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Marketing
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (social media, email, promotions)
• Create engaging content for social media platforms and marketing materials
• Support brand awareness initiatives and promotional events
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
• Collaborate on strategies to increase customer engagement and retention

Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
