Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager
Location: Jaipur (Preference for Jaipur-based candidates)
Industry: Cable / Conductor / Wire Manufacturing
Experience: Up to 7 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Professional with experience in the Cable / Conductor / Wire industry to drive business growth, develop market presence, and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, dealer/distributor network exposure, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to increase market share
Generate new business opportunities in Cable / Conductor / Wire segment
Manage dealer, distributor, contractor, and project sales network
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities
Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research
Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional activities
Ensure timely payment collection and account reconciliation
Prepare MIS reports and sales forecasts
Key Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred
Up to 7 years of experience in Cable / Conductor / Wire industry sales
Strong dealer/distributor network in Jaipur & Rajasthan market preferred
Good negotiation and communication skills
Target-driven with customer-focused approach
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Jaipur-based candidates preferred
