70%: The "Hustle": Business Development. This is where you build your foundation. You will spend the majority of your time on the phone, reaching out to businesses and introducing them to Adpoint’s printing solutions.
• Mastering Outreach: Learn the skill of speaking to strangers and turning a "Hello" into a business lead.
• Pitching: Understand the psychology of why people buy and how to present solutions clearly.
• The Win: You’ll develop a level of communication skill that most people take years to learn.
Switching Gears: The Creative Side (30%)
• Reels & Shoots: Use our latest projects as "models" for high-energy Reels and photoshoots.
• Content Creation: If you’re already making content for yourself, do it for us! Show the "behind-the-scenes" of a growing printing business.
• Lifestyle: We make sure work is enjoyable, keeping you actively creative beyond the desk.
