we are hiring a sales executive for a Modular furniture Manufacturer company.

General Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies: This includes creating plans to reach target audiences, promote products/services, and drive sales.
• Generating leads and nurturing prospects: Identifying potential customers and engaging with them to move them through the sales funnel.
• Managing marketing campaigns: Planning, executing, and analyzing the performance of various marketing efforts, including digital and traditional channels.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships: Providing excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities: Staying informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Collaborating with sales teams: Working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Creating and managing marketing materials: Developing content, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
• Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs):Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts and providing regular reports to management.

Specific Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking: The ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Project management skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales principles: A strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
