Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Executive/Manager. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, and planning market activities. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners are essential to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead-generation techniques.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and PMCs.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the organization and build relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of daily meetings, weekly journey cycle, sales, pipeline, brand specification in tenders, and other business development activities.
Qualifications
• Freshers & experienced candidates are both eligible for an experienced position with 6 months to 5 years of experience in architectural products
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in sales and marketing roles
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the lighting industry is a plus
