Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell hotel room bookings to corporate clients. This role involves field visits to corporate offices, building B2B relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a persuasive attitude, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and visit potential corporate clients (existing and new) to promote hotel room booking services.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
• Present hotel packages, negotiate rates, and close corporate contracts for room bookings, conferences, and long-stay deals.
• Actively generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of corporate clients and update sales records regularly.
• Coordinate with hotel operations and reservations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Represent the hotel at industry networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.
