Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khurja for a Sales and Marketing Executive focused on FMCG products. The role involves planning and executing sales and marketing activities, including developing promotional campaigns, managing product visibility, and supporting brand positioning in the local market. The Sales and Marketing Executive will conduct market visits, build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers, and monitor sales performance against targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, competitor tracking, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and promotions, and ensuring timely feedback from customers and partners. The role also requires participation in local events or campaigns, adherence to company policies, and consistent follow-up to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
• Strong market planning and marketing skills, with the ability to design and implement FMCG sales and promotional strategies.
• Experience in market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive activity.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers, distributors, retailers, and internal teams.
• Proven sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and managing relationships in FMCG or related sectors.
• Understanding of basic marketing concepts, branding, and channel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in FMCG sales or marketing, especially in regional or local markets, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Khurja, travel locally as needed, and manage time and targets effectively.
• Proficiency in standard office software and basic reporting tools.
