Webever Technologies is seeking a proactive, innovative, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in driving our business growth and digital outreach. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional with a strong grasp of contemporary marketing strategies and hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination Business Development
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies for software and tech-based solutions.
Qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and coordinate demos or consultations.
Maintain CRM systems, update pipelines, and prepare performance reports.
Support the sales team with proposal writing, pitch decks, and client communications.
Digital Marketing Campaigns
Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, PPC, SEO, and retargeting).
Collaborate on website updates, landing page development, and content publishing.
Social Media Management
Manage daily content posting, community engagement, and growth strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.).
Create and schedule content calendars using tools like Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
General Marketing Coordination Duties
Conduct market and competitor research.
Help coordinate marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and vendors as needed.
Prepare monthly reports on marketing KPIs and sales metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or digital strategy roles.
Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
Familiarity with GHL CRM is an asset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SaaS or technology-based products/services.
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or WordPress is a plus.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
