Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales and account management. This role requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand our client base
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
