Job Overview
Tool Shed Brewing is looking for an organizational superstar to join the team. As Sales Administrator you'll play a key role in keeping the sales and production teams organized and on track, foster great internal communication and best in class customer support, and contribute to the vibe in one of craft beer's fastest growing breweries!

Responsibilities

Act as key support contact for sales, finance and operations administrative tasks.
Manage direct billing requirements, including invoicing, credits, pricing adjustments and any manual payments.
Support finance with accounts receivable follow-up and work with customers to resolve late or missing invoice payments.
Manage best in class data integrity of customer accounts, route maps, new account entry and other sales and customer data.
Manage and maintain accurate sales, customer, product and inventory information within internal systems and third-party platforms.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales, distribution, forecasting, KPI and scorecard reports for Sales and Leadership teams.
Support the Sales team with data, reporting and account information as needed.
Manage provincial liquor board and regulatory requirements, including pricing, promotional submissions, product information and other required updates.
Coordinate new Tool Shed product registrations from start to finish, including product data, pricing, barcodes and required provincial liquor board regulatory submissions.
Manage required sales, pricing, credit and beverage container deposit reporting to external partners.
Coordinate and book customer deliveries, warehouse transfers and product movement to third-party distribution partners.
Maintain tracking of kegs and empties for third-party distribution and manage applicable credits.
Coordinate private label projects and associated customer, design, production, pricing and administrative requirements.
Manage taproom inventory transfers as required.
Maintain inventory and asset tracking for the sales team.
Support sales team with direct delivery and retrieval of assets, product samples and marketing tools as required.
Work occasional offsite brewery events and have the ability to lift, push and pull up to 100 lbs.
