Sales Administrative Assistant - Bilingual (Korean and English)
Job Description
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, utilizing bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
Prepare export documents and facilitate product registration for international markets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate shipping schedules and track the delivery of merchandise to international destinations.
Create invoices, sales reports, and letters, utilizing bilingual skills to communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients.
Collaborate with freight forwarders to arrange efficient shipping processes and resolve any logistical issues.
Enter client information into the computer system accurately and process orders in a timely manner.
Prepare financial statements and account summaries for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:
Some post-secondary education in business, marketing, sales, or related disciplines.
Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to effectively interact with Korean-speaking clients.
Proficiency in electronic presentation/report formats (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong customer service mindset, time management abilities, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Potential to grow into a Sales Account Manager role, demonstrating exceptional performance and aptitude.
Note: Fluency in both Korean and English is an essential requirement for this role, as it involves regular communication with Korean-speaking clients. The successful candidate will possess excellent language skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
