What you’ll do
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Safety Professional to join our team as a Site Safety Officer in Blue Star Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs.
Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in safety management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or qualifications in safety management are an asset.
Proven experience in safety management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to safety management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
