Role Description The Sales Team Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Manjeri. This role is responsible for leading and supervising the sales team, setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals. The Sales Team Manager will oversee daily sales operations, allocate leads, track conversion metrics, and support team members in managing customer interactions. The role includes coaching and training sales staff, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing sales strategies that align with Fit My Job’s mission and services. The Sales Team Manager will collaborate with other departments to improve the sales process, enhance customer experience, and provide feedback for product and service improvements.
Qualifications
• Team Management and Training skills to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Proven Sales experience, including meeting targets and managing sales pipelines.
• Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to optimize team performance and processes.
• Experience creating and implementing structured sales training programs is beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Manjeri and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in sales is a strong advantage.
