Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Rural Asset Manager to manage and service our agricultural commercial loan portfolio in Western Idaho and Eastern Oregon.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and service a portfolio of agricultural commercial loan relationships.
• Monitor and report on loan performance, including past dues and collateral exceptions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve loan portfolio profitability.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
